Will I receive an order confirmation and/or shipment tracking?
Yes, Suntegrity will send you an order confirmation to the email provided during checkout. Additionally, once your order is shipped, a second email with shipment tracking information will be sent. Please note that our standard shipping method is USPS First Class Mail unless an upgrade is ordered during checkout. On occasion orders are auto-upgraded based on shipping rules. Shipment upgrades will go USPS Priority Mail or Fedex 2day or UPS Ground depending on the best option/pricing available as selected by our team.
How do I input a promotion code?
On the CART page - there is a Coupon Code line item. Otherwise, during checkout, there is a box on the right in the ORDER SUMMARY window where a Coupon/Gift Certificate area where you can enter the Coupon if you did not do it on the Cart page (it will auto show up if already input). We only accept one coupon/promo code per order.
