WHAT IS THE SUNTEGRITY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

The Suntegrity Subscription service is a convenient way for you to get Suntegrity products delivered on a regular schedule. By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge the credit card you've saved on file, and ship you your favorite products based on your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable; you can update your orders at any time in your account on SuntegritySkincare.com. Sign up for the Suntegrity Subscription service to enjoy 10% Off the subscription item (now and on your future auto-ship orders).

You always have complete control over your Suntegrity Subscription orders. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting the “My Subscriptions” section of your SuntegritySkincare.com "Account". Changes to orders can be made any time but not less than 1 business day before the next scheduled charge date.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM?

Signing up for the Suntegrity Subscription Service is easy; just choose the correct purchase option Auto-Ship every (choice: 30/60/90) Days - 10% Off option on select Suntegrity products, and Check Out as normal.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER I SIGN-UP FOR THE SERVICE?

After you sign up for the Suntegrity Subscription service, you will receive an email confirming your Suntegrity Subscription order. This email will include a link to access the Suntegrity Subscription section in your SuntegritySkincare.com Account where you can manage your future orders, Suntegrity Subscription products, and account information such as billing and shipping address details.

We will place your Suntegrity Subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed when the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder before each Suntegrity Subscription order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Suntegrity Subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your Suntegrity Subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully. The order will generally ship within 2 business days of the charge.

HOW DO I VIEW MY SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

You can view your Suntegrity Subscription information by visiting the Account section on SuntegritySkincare.com and clicking My Subscriptions. In the account area, you will see a list of all your Active Subscriptions, Upcoming orders, Purchase history, Shipping addresses and Billing information.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?

You can cancel an Suntegrity Subscription order by visiting the Account section on SuntegritySkincare.com and clicking on My Subscriptions. To cancel an Suntegrity Subscription item, please visit the My Subscriptions section within your account and click the Suntegrity Subscription item you want to cancel. Click the Cancel button that is displayed next to the PLAN DETAIL for the Suntegrity Subscription item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for canceling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason, click the Cancel button. Your subscription will be canceled and no future orders will be placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?

You can change your Suntegrity Subscription next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel an Suntegrity Subscription order by visiting the Account section on SuntegritySkincare.com and clicking on My Subscriptions. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Change an order date: To change your next order date, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account page, and click the Suntegrity Subscription item you want to change, then SHOW MORE to see additional details about the subscription and then choose (Change) on the right of Next Charge Date and input the date you would prefer to be charged (noting that the order ships in 1-2 business days after that date). This will change the order date for the this Suntegrity Subscription order.

Skip a delivery: To skip an Suntegrity Subscription order, please visit the Subscriptions section and click the Suntegrity Subscription item you want to change, and click the Suntegrity Subscription item you want to change, then SHOW MORE to see additional details about the subscription and then choose (Change) on the right of Next Charge Date and then select Skip This Order. This will skip the order date for this Suntegrity Subscription order.

Change item quantity: To modify the quantity of an Suntegrity Subscription item, please visit the Subscriptions section and click the Suntegrity Subscription item you want to change, then SHOW MORE to see additional details about the subscription and then choose (Change) on the right of PRODUCT DETAIL. The current quantity ordered is displayed under the Suntegrity Subscription item. To change the quantity ordered, simply click the Quantity field, select your desired quantity and click SAVE CHANGES. This will be the new order quantity for the Suntegrity Subscription order.

Change shipment frequency: To modify the order frequency of an Suntegrity Subscription item, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account and click the Suntegrity Subscription item you want to change, then SHOW MORE to see additional details about the subscription and then choose (Change) on the right of PRODUCT DETAIL.. The current order frequency is displayed under the Purchase Options box. To change the frequency, simply click the PURCHASE OPTIONS dropdown to select the desired frequency and click SAVE CHANGES.

Send an order now: To send an Suntegrity Subscription order now, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account and click the Suntegrity Subscription item you want to change and simply use the procedures for Change Order Date above to select the first available date and press SAVE. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

To review or modify your Suntegrity Subscription shipping address by visiting the Account section on SuntegritySkincare.com. The first step is to update the ADDRESSES on your account. Once you click into the area, you are able to EDIT or ADD an address. Then you will need to change the address associated with the Subscription by clicking on Manage Subscriptions.

To change the shipping address for a subscription order, please visit the Subscriptions section within your account and click the Suntegrity Subscription item you want to edit. Click CHANGE next to the SHIPPING ADDRESS to view the current shipping information. On the Edit Shipping Address Screen, you can use the drop-down to select any address stored on your file. This address will apply to all future orders for this Subscription item so you may need to change again in the future if it is temporary.

Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications to be processed.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING INFORMATION?

To review or modify your Suntegrity Subscription Payment Method by visiting the Account section on SuntegritySkincare.com and clicking on Payment Methods. You can then add or delete a card on file along with the billing address.

HOW DO I VIEW MY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FUTURE DELIVERIES?

You can view your future Suntegrity Subscription deliveries by visiting the Account section on Suntegrity.com and clicking on Upcoming Schedule. You will see a list of all your Upcoming orders. To modify the orders, you need to go back to the My Subscriptions tab.

HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?

You can view your Suntegrity Order history by visiting the Account section on SuntegritySkincare.com and clicking on Orders. If you are looking for active Subscriptions then choose MY SUBSCRIPTIONS tab and you will see both active and inactive Subscriptions.

*Suntegrity provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Use and Terms of Sale. Your subscription order will be automatically charged to your payment method at the subscription price and frequency indicated on your order. Each new/recurring order will be billed at the subscription price in effect on the day the order is processed. Applicable shipping fees and taxes will be calculated at time of shipping.
