RETURN POLICY

We want you to enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date in accordance with the guidelines below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS:

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund:

  •  Sample sizes
  •  Color Match Sets
  •  Lip Care products
  •  Any product listed as Final Sale
  •  Beauty Tools or Wellness products that have been opened

Beauty Tools and Wellness products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. A product is considered opened if the outer packaging has been opened, removed, or damaged, or if any safety seal, tamper-evident seal, or security sticker has been broken, removed, or altered.

All other full-sized products may be returned provided at least 75% of the original product remains.

Opened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived when the item is exchanged for another product or when the refund is issued as store credit.

Store credit is only available for purchases placed through a registered account on our website. Orders placed as a guest are not eligible for store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received the wrong product, wrong shade, a defective item, or a damaged product that cannot be used as intended, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or return at no cost to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Returns received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

For international refunds, please note that exchange rates fluctuate daily. As a result, the amount credited back to your local currency may be slightly higher or lower than the amount originally charged. Suntegrity does not control exchange rates and cannot reimburse any differences resulting from currency conversion, exchange rate fluctuations, or fees charged by your financial institution, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment processor.

SHIPPING

Please note that we send most full size products in a recyclable cardboard box to prevent damage to the product in shipping. Sometimes we use packing peanuts which are bio-degradable NOT Styrofoam or other toxic types. You may also notice that sometimes your package will arrive with the product wrapped in a silver wrap - this is called 'cool shield' and aids in keeping the product safe during excessively high or low temperatures. It helps protect the product during shipping and we always encourage our customers to track their packages with notifications to avoid products sitting in mailboxes for too long on arrival during hot/cold weather.

Route Package Protection: Route Package Protection is an insurance program we have implemented to safe guard your purchases. If your package is lost in transit or stolen, this program provides recourse, allowing for either a refund or a replacement package to be sent out by filing a quick and easy claim directly through Route. By opting out of Route Package Protection, you forfeit the ability to receive a refund or replacement package in the event the package is lost or stolen. You will need to work directly with the courier to locate and recover your purchase.

US Shipping (including Puerto Rico):

We ship within the domestic US utilizing USPS First Class mail. Shipping times are generally 3-5 business days from Las Vegas, Nevada. Your order will generally ship by the next business day from when you place it. Suntegrity is closed on weekends and major US holidays.

When you place an order, the system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You can choose to upgrade your service to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground or Fedex Express (2-3 days) delivery. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Suntegrity reserves the right to select Fedex 3day saver as an option to either USPS Priority or UPS Ground based on carrier rates and shipping timeframes.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipping:

We offer shipping to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore through First Class Postal Service. The shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place). Our shipping charge is calculated based on the weight of the order (which is subject to change periodically with postal rate changes). Our shipping charges DO NOT include any duties and/or taxes that may be charged in your country on the international shipment and payable on receipt of the package. The shipments are processed through a partner carrier using regular international postal service and can take from 6-20 business days but generally are around 10 business days. 

All international shipments are sent to our carrier partner 1-2x per week. Please use the "Order Comments" box when placing an order to acknowledge that you agree to duties/taxes and your order will process more quickly - otherwise we will email to confirm you understand these charges may be accessed and wait for a response prior to shipping the order.

We are evaluating new shipping rules relevant to the UK/EU and are unable to reactivate that shipping until the impact and procedures are completed. If you are interested in ordering from this area (or any other), please email us directly with your address and the items you would like to purchase and we can quote options for you. Additionally, if you prefer a more expedited international shipment, you can email us for a shipping quote with Fedex International (FICP service), we will need a list of the items and your full mailing address to provide the quote and then can provide an invoice for direct payment.
